This site is the online home of Eeseol, presenting the Korean beauty houses we carry. You can buy online through our store; the cart, checkout, and payments run on a third-party commerce and payments platform. Wholesale and distributor orders are placed directly with our team by email. Every order we fulfill is covered by the Shipping & Returns policy linked in the footer.

Orders and acceptance

A product listing, and adding an item to your cart, is an invitation to shop — not a binding offer. When you check out, you make an offer to buy, and a contract forms only when we send you an order or shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or detail is wrong, we suspect fraud, or per-order quantity limits apply. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it promptly to your original payment method.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time; the price that applies is the one shown when you check out. Any taxes and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Despite our care, a listing may occasionally show a wrong price or detail; if that happens we may cancel or decline the affected order, even after it is placed, and refund any payment. Payment is processed by our commerce and payments platform's payment provider — we do not receive or store your full card details, and by paying you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Product information

The brands we carry make the products; product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images come from them, screens can show colors differently, and packaging or formulas may be updated from time to time. Always read and follow the directions and warnings on the product itself — some products, such as sunscreens, are regulated in the U.S. as over-the-counter drugs, so follow their Drug Facts label. Beauty products are for external use; we suggest a patch test, and you should stop use if irritation occurs.
