What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device; we also use similar technologies such as your browser's local storage. Together they let the site work, remember your choices, keep your shopping cart, and — only if you allow it — measure how the site is used.

The categories we use

• Functional (strictly necessary): always active. They keep the site working, remember your privacy and accessibility choices on your device, and hold your shopping cart through checkout. They can't be switched off.
• Performance (analytics): optional, and off until you allow them. They help us understand how the site is used, including privacy-screened searches you submit, result counts, and result selections. They also include anonymized, cookieless session replays and heatmaps that record on-page activity with text and form inputs masked; replay excludes search-results pages. Where the law allows, replay runs by default; turn this off to opt out.
• Advertising: optional, and off until you allow them. When enabled, they let us measure our ad campaigns and show you relevant ads on other platforms. We never sell this information.

The specific technologies

• Preference storage: your consent and accessibility settings are saved in your browser's local storage (keys "eeseol-consent" and "eeseol-accessibility"), on your device only.
• Shopping cart and checkout: when you shop, a strictly necessary cookie ("eeseol_cart") stores a reference to your cart so your items stay in it as you browse and move to checkout. It holds no payment details and expires after 30 days. Our commerce and payments platform sets its own strictly necessary cookies to run checkout and process payment securely.
• Analytics: loads only after you allow performance cookies, and is removed when you withdraw consent. It records submitted searches only, never keystrokes. Eligible searches are normalized and may include the submitted words; unusually long searches and searches that resemble contact details, web addresses, order or invoice numbers, or tracking or reference identifiers are recorded only as redacted. Result counts and result selections may also be recorded.
• Session replay and heatmaps: we record anonymized on-page activity — page views, clicks, mouse movement, and scrolling — to understand how the site is used. These recordings run without cookies and mask text and form inputs; search-results pages are excluded entirely. Where opt-in consent is required (such as the EU and UK) replay loads only after you allow performance cookies; elsewhere it runs by default, and you can turn it off anytime with the performance toggle in "Privacy choices."
• Live chat: our live chat is available on every page. It sets cookies in order to run, and asks for your consent before you start a chat and share contact details (such as your name, email, and phone) with our team.
• Booking scheduler: when you open the event meeting modal, provider scripts and an embedded calendar load so you can choose a booking date/time and submit intake answers. Use the wholesale inquiry fallback if you do not want to load that embedded scheduler.
• Error monitoring: collects technical error information to keep the site reliable. It does not power advertising, and we do not sell any of this data.
• Advertising: an advertising pixel that loads only after you turn on Advertising cookies. It records page views and key actions (such as joining the newsletter or sending a wholesale inquiry) so we can measure our ad campaigns and reach you on other platforms. It does not receive your name, email, or phone number, and stops collecting when you withdraw consent.

Managing your choices

Reopen "Privacy choices" from the footer at any time to accept, reject, or adjust non-essential categories. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing them resets the preferences saved here, and your choices apply per device and browser.
