Shipping & Returns
How EESEOL orders are processed, shipped, and returned in the United States.

Placing an order
Retail orders are placed through our online store at checkout, and wholesale or distributor orders are placed directly with our team by email using the Contact link in the footer. Every order we fulfill follows this policy.
Order processing
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You'll receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States by national ground carrier and are delivered within 3–5 business days of shipment. From payment confirmation, please allow a maximum of 7 business days for delivery. If a delay ever pushes your order past that window, we'll email you with a new delivery date and the option to cancel for a full refund, which we'll issue promptly to your original payment method.
Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're outside the U.S., use the Contact link in the footer and we'll let you know when your region opens.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and distributor orders may carry their own agreed lead times, carriers, and freight terms, stated on the order confirmation or invoice. Where an order doesn't state its own terms, this policy applies.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use the Contact link in the footer and include your order number to start a return; we'll reply with instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it in full — including shipping — at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
